4.确认参会

我们会根据企业招聘职位与学生需求的匹配度,及场地安排等相关情况进行审核筛选。并在审核后发送《确认参会通知》至企业报名时预留的招聘联系人邮箱地址。

5.报名微宣讲

有意向参加微宣讲的企业,请在报名表中注明“是”,我们将根据学生意愿筛选出六家企业参加微宣讲。每个企业的宣讲时间不超过10分钟,请提前准备宣讲内容,并提前将宣讲视频和PPT发送至cdc@sem.tsinghua.edu.cn,现场可提供笔记本电脑。

6.展位设施提供说明

我们为各参会单位提供约两平米参展空间,提供一张桌子,两把椅子。参会单位可自行携带宣传品参会,如易拉宝和宣传册等。易拉宝仅限一个。

This Spring Campus Career Fair will be open to all students from Tsinghua SEM Undergraduate programs, Master Programs, Doctoral Programs, MBA programs as well as more than a thousand second-degree undergraduate students in other departments of Tsinghua University. We will, as always, strive to create a high-efficiency, high-quality Spring Career Fair to appreciate employers’ support for our school and students.

After completing the information template, please send it by email to cdc@sem.tsinghua.edu.cn. In the subject of the email, please indicate "XX enterprises+ 2019 Tsinghua SEM Spring Career Fair Job Information". Recruitment information approved by CDC will be disseminated to the students in time.

4.Confirmation of participation

We will review all the position data based on the matching degree of the company's recruitment position with the student's needs. Given the venue arrangement, we will send the ‘Confirmation Notice’ to the email address reserved for signing up after reviewing.

5.Registration for Mini Campus Talk

If you are interested in participating in Mini Campus Talk, please indicate “yes” in registration. We will select six companies to participate in this process according to students' wishes. Each company's presentation should be no more than 10 minutes. Please prepare the content in advance and send the presentation video and PPT to cdc@sem.tsinghua.edu.cn in advance. The laptop can be provided on site.

6.Description of the booth

We provide two square meters of booth for each participating unit, providing a table and two chairs. Participants can bring a small amount of information materials, such as roll-up screen and brochures.

Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management ( Tsinghua SEM) has seven departments including Finance Department, Accounting Department, Economics Department, Innovation Entrepreneurship and Strategy Department, Leadership and Organization Management Department, Management Science and Engineering Department, and Marketing Department.
